I've been involved in media, entertainment and technology for more than 20 years.
Black Nun was my first foray into media entrepreneurship, when I was 15. I worked with a school friend to publish a magazine and pocket the meagre proceeds.
During the dotcom bubble, I was briefly a director of The Blind Squirrel, an online platform and training service for day-traders.
A few years later, I joined Zattoo, the online TV venture, where I became the country manager for the UK.
In 2009, I founded the award-winning TV Pixie to deal with the problem of TV programme discovery.
I offer strategic advice and hands-on marketing and business development assistance to a number of early stage companies.
Outside work, I was part of the founding team of Shoreditch Sharks RFC, a rugby club for the youths of Hackney. I also coached the Under 17 team.
