I had a look at all the reader comments on the Zattoo blog, scoured online media for information about us and then sent out a survey to a number of our viewers. One message kept cropping up over and over again.
Better quality video streams, please!In the survey, it was one of the major requests and 90% of people demanding better streaming said they'd watch Zattoo more often if it were made available.
